Where do you ship?

We deliver throughout mainland UK to England, Wales and some Scotland addresses Monday to Saturday. Standard Monday - Friday Delivery is £4.95 and Saturday - Sunday delivery is an additional £2.95. Orders over £40 qualify for free Standard Delivery.

Will my doughnuts be fresh if being sent by post?

Yes! We make all of our doughnuts fresh on the day of dispatch, and we send on a next-day courier service. Our packaging helps to keep them fresh in transit during this time!

How long does shipping take and do you ship next day?

We offer a next-day service for all doughnut orders, just order before 2pm and then wait for your doughnuts to arrive straight to your door the next-day!. Our doughnuts are sent on a next-day fully tracked courier service and while the vast majority

Can I select the time my order is delivered?

Our deliveries are fulfilled by a courier service so at the moment we are restricted to their delivery schedules and timeframes. The courier service will deliver between 8am and 8pm so we would recommend ordering to a location that is not restricted

What is DPD Pre-12 Delivery?

At checkout we offer an optional upgrade for DPD Pre-12 Delivery for an additional £7.95. This delivery is between 8am and 12pm. Whilst the vast majority of our parcels arrive on time, we advise a 1-2 day delivery window in case of any transit delays

Does anyone need to be in for the time of delivery?
