My order hasn't arrived, what happens next?Updated 8 months ago

If your order hasn’t arrived on your requested delivery date, we would advise checking the status of your order via your tracking link provided but the courier.

If your order is still in a depot, please wait until the following day to get in touch as there may have been a delay in transit and your order may be delivered the following day. 

If your order is showing that it has been delivered but the delivery image doesn’t look like it is in the right place, please contact the courier straight away as they may be able to arrange a driver to recollect and deliver your order to you the same day.
